So, I went to the Art Institute in Chicago this weekend and found that if I had my Bank of America card on me, that I would have had free admittance.  I didn’t bring mine, although luckily a friend brought hers.  Score!

BOA has a nice little program that allows for free admittance for the first full weekend in every month for their cardholders.  The site for hosting the locations of Bank of America’s Free Museum Admittance Weekends has all the details, including dates and applicable museums.  This includes some pretty big ones downtown as well – not only the Art Institute, but the Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium as well, among others.  Note the card is only good for acceptance by the cardholder and authorized users!
